Weekend in IN

We went back to Indiana this last weekend. It was great to be home and get some wedding planning out of the way. It's getting close people, 8 weeks from Saturday.
I had my first bridal shower on Friday night. It was put together by my beautiful aunts
shown below along with my mom. Thanks Ladies!!

Eleanor and Evelyn are always excited to be apart of wedding parties.

Saturday we celebrated Parker's 1st birthday. Its amazing how fast this last year has gone.
This little buddy is so special to us!

I love how he has that "What are you lookin at Aunt Maree, this is MY cake!"

Sunday morning we had a meeting at the Conrad to go over some details of our special day. Jay handled it like a trooper. I, on the other hand was a grouchy mess, too many questions all at once. Wedding planning ugh!

Jay and Marie in 8.15

FINALLY!!

Ok so we haven't blogged in a tiny tiny little bit. Sorry! This one is gonna be a long one. For those of you that watch Lost this blog will be like Lost in 8.15

For my birthday in October (and Kyle's too) the whole family came down to NC to celebrate.
We went to the Bank of America 500 Nascar race. For Halloween we went with our friends Justin and Kim to Carowinds which is a roller coaster theme park. For Halloween they rename it Scarowinds (yes its very clever) and have scary looking creatures running around the park. It was raining but we made the best of it.
Fall in Huntersville is beautiful
Charlie turned two in November. We got him a bunch of Play-Doh and Chuck the talking dump truck. He was thrilled as you can tell from this picture.

In late November we went to a Renaissance Festival (yes it is just as cheesy as you have imagined) . Jay got to throw a few axes at a carnival type game and we watched a jousting competition.

In early December Ann, Eleanor and Evelyn Madden came to NC for a weekend visit.
(they are going to be the best little flower girls, don't you think?)

We celebrated the girls birthdays by doing the usual, sushi and going for a mani/pedi.

We went back to Indiana for Christmas. First to Indianapolis to spend time with Jay's family. Then up to Goshen to see my family.
Taylor loves his cousin Parker.
It was Parker's 1st Christmas.
Now you're all caught up. We promise to not get behind on our blogs again!
